Morné C. Anthony (LLB) – Director
Morné C. Anthony is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in personal injury law and litigation. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2012 and went on to complete his articles at a prestigious Cape Town law firm. After being admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2014, he continued practicing at the same firm, specialising in road accident claims, as well as magistrates’ and high court litigation.
With a deep passion for justice and advocacy, Morné later joined the Road Accident Fund’s Claims Department, honing his expertise in settling personal injury claims. His tenure at the Fund provided him with invaluable firsthand knowledge of the claims process, allowing him to develop a unique “inside view” of how cases are assessed and resolved.
Now, as the founder and director of his own firm, Morné guides clients through the complexities of road accident claims with confidence and clarity. His insight into the workings of the Road Accident Fund ensures that every client benefits from informed legal strategies, meticulous case preparation, and dedicated representation.

About south Africa's Road Accident Fund (RAF)
-
As an attorney specialising in Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims, I often get asked how the RAF works and who is eligible to claim compensation. Simply put, the RAF is a government-backed fund designed to provide financial support to people who have been injured in road accidents or to families who have lost loved ones due to motor vehicle accidents.
If you have been in an accident that wasn’t entirely your fault, you may be entitled to claim from the RAF. This includes compensation for medical expenses, funeral costs, general damages, and even financial support if your household’s main provider was killed or left unable to work due to the accident.
The RAF is funded through a small fuel levy, which means that every time you fill up your tank, you’re contributing to this system of support. However, it’s important to remember that the RAF will only compensate you if you can prove that someone else was at least partially responsible for the accident.
Navigating an RAF claim can be tricky - that’s where I come in! If you need help after a motor vehicle accident, get in touch now for your free consultation call.
